The session introduces essential university systems used for teaching, course management, research administration, accounting, and business travel procedures. Presenters will provide practical guidance on the effective use of the following systems:

• MANABA (Learning Management System)
• TWINS (Course and Grade Administration System)
• FAIR and TRIP (Accounting and Business Trip Systems)
• TRIOS and TESSA (Researcher Portal and Achievement Evaluation Systems)

In addition to system guidance, the event offers networking opportunities between current and newly appointed faculty members, including informal small-group discussions and Q&A.
Both English and Japanese will be used during the event.
